In our cooling approach, a near-saturation liquid is intentionally vaporized in a heated component (such as a CPU or a GPU) and then pumped away to a condenser, where it is condensed back into a liquid state.
This process successfully capitalizes on the phase change from liquid to vapor and back to liquid state, utilizing the high latent heat of vaporization to efficiently transfer heat away from the electronic components leading to competent and sustainable system management. Best of all, our CDU can also use traditional liquid, making it compatible with more traditional DLC system architectures.

Quick and Easy Installation with Easy Maintenance
Leverage the efficiency of direct-to-chip phase-changing cooling technology in your data centers. Our IE5 rated fluid pumps guarantee zero downtime, ensuring continuous operation without interruption. Spill-free quick couplings enhance maintenance procedures by eliminating the need to drain the system. This feature allows for easy disconnection and removal of sections or parts for maintenance while preserving the integrity of the circuit and preventing fluid spillage.
